The Ultimate List of Healthy Holiday Recipes...

One of my favorite clients recently asked about holiday dishes that are both delicious, and keep her on track with the foods that work well with her body.

For myself, holiday meals that offer momentary enjoyment have lost their appeal. The discomfort, bloating and fatigue the remainder of the day is too big of a price to pay...especially when I should be enjoying time with family!

I have fun testing out healthier versions of favorite dishes on unsuspecting family members ; ) Most of the time, they don't even notice the difference, or they compliment me on the amazing flavors.

Turkey is naturally friendly to most dietary plans, but here are a few of my favorite side dishes and desserts in preparation for next week.
