If you are tired of never being or having enough...

Last year, I got tired of being someone who never has enough. Never enough time. Never enough clients to be satisfied. Never enough energy for all that I want to achieve. Never enough sleep. Never enough fun. Never enough time with those I love.

I was constantly swinging from one extreme to the other. I would begin to implement those things that I needed to feel good...healthy eating, exercise, meditation, 8 hours of sleep every night. And then I would panic that I wasn't working hard enough or long enough, and I would go back to over-work, long hours, and avoiding other people.

I hate the feeling of never being or having enough. I don't like to disappoint anyone, especially not myself. And for me to feel fully myself, I have to be achieving a certain level of success in my business. Desire and ambition are as much a part of me as my passion for nutrition and my love for my family. And they should not be ignored.

Often the solutions I see out there are those that look to suppress desire and ambition. I have certainly found that a lot in the world of holistic health. In fact, these traits are often looked at as negative and a symptom of "workaholic." 

"You just need to relax!"

"You need to decrease your stress level!"


"You need to take better care of yourself!"

I confess, I've been guilty of saying these same things to other people. And yet, I HATE hearing them aimed at me....because if I felt that I could, then of COURSE I would be taking better care of myself. 

So how do I leave behind this state of never being enough to fulfill all of my roles and all the aspects of myself?

I have to have a system. I have to bring together the tools and strategies that allow me to be at my best in each area of my life. And I have to channel these traits of desire and ambition and drive into the most positive, effective outcome. 

I would like to introduce you to my lifestyle foundation, and give you a roadmap to create your own this year. As well as bring awareness to the many ways we sabotage ourselves and block achievement at a higher level....because we are so unfamiliar with what it looks and feels like to live in balance and still fulfill our ambition.
