3 ways that self-care improves your business...
We all have a vague idea of why "being healthy" is important.
Living a long life; avoiding cancer, diabetes, or other frightening illnesses; looking slim and sexy.
But most of these ideas are part of an unforeseeable future that makes it easy for us to just put off the things we need to do for ourselves to another day, a better time, or after we reach that next big goal.
So let's bring this home into the present moment and look at how self-care can actually convert into DOLLARS.
Here are 3 ways that I have seen my clients improve their business or career by implementing a successful self-care plan.
1) CLARITY TO LAUNCH A NEW IDEA
My client Bob was being forced into retirement due to health issues that were preventing him from traveling. After implementing new habits and self-care strategies over a 90 day period, he launched a new branch of his organization and began providing trainings to school teachers and educators.
